Cyblex DM 30/10/500 XR Tablet is a triple-action oral anti-diabetic medication formulated for the effective management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in adults. How to Use
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Preferably take with food to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
Do not crush, chew, or break the extended-release tablet.
Precautions
Prescription medicine; not for self-medication.
Not indicated for Type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
Monitor blood glucose regularly.
Risk of hypoglycaemia may increase if meals are skipped or when combined with insulin or other sulfonylureas.
Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, recurrent urinary tract infections, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
